WDTV or Apple tv?

I want to add some Internet connectivity to the tv in the bedroom so I was considering getting a cheap box like a WDTV live or apple tv.
My requirements are that it should be able to stream movies from my NAS drive and I should be able to watch iplayer, 4od etc etc. I also require wireless connectivity as running a cable will be difficult. Which would be the best choice out of the wdtv or apple tv? Is there anything else I could consider?
