owzy, no it was 020 number, and they never left messages. i kept ignoring the number as i thought it was marketing calls!! (live in NI, didnt realise it was a london area code!) i was geting annoyed with how many times they were calling, so i googled it....the panic when i realised it was itv!!! spent an hour ringing the no. back and eventually they answered! i meant to ask when they give up trying and reallocate prizes! think they had been trying me for about 2 weeks! im one lucky girl who won't ignore calls again!0

Congratulations! I won house of Fraser vouchers from a loose women comp a few years ago. They took quite a while to come as they were being sent directly from house of Fraser, not itv. From what I've heard before (and like the others have said) I think the cash tends to come pretty quickly. Enjoy spending! 0
