Can they Make me Homeless after Two and a Half Years?

Just an update, I have done a proper budget (on a spreadsheet) and written an initial email to a solicitor. I'll call the solicitor tomorrow.
The budget shows that I can make repayments of the current arrears over 48 months and still have a little "slack". So I am a little more relaxed now. As long as the judge accepts that!
My main question now is are the building society trying it on about the unsecured loan? Should I be thinking about paying it? I've put repayments on the budget. If it is in the bankruptcy, they will obviously receive a payout from the receiver, probably close to 100% I guess.
Thanks

If its unsecured then yes it is covered by the bankruptcy and no you should not be paying it, it is a totaly seperate matter to the mortgageHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Definitely unsecured. So they are trying it on. It was a very strangely worded letter obviously written by a human. It never mentioned the amount owed and just seemed to be fishing for a response. I suppose it was prompted by the moves to repossess and maybe is coming from the same litigation department.
I'll call the OR tomorrow to ensure they are included in the bankruptcy. If so, they can't have their cake and eat it! In theory if I had begun repayments again, they could have ended up with me repaying more than the loan amount!0
