1. The Win a PS3 System with Ninja Gaiden 3 Competition ("Competition") is open to persons aged 18 years or over who are residents of France, Germany and the UK ("Entrant Countries") except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its associated companies, their agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the Competition ("Entrants").
2. The Competition is open for entries on 23 March 2012 at 9:00 (GMT) and closes for entries on 6 April 2012 at 23:59 (BST) (the "Competition Period").
3. To participate in this Competition, Entrants will need a PlayStation®Network ("PSN") account and a broadband internet connection.
4. To enter this Competition, Entrants must complete the following steps during the Competition Period:
   
   a. Go to the eu.playstation.com/psn/competitions ("the Website");
   b. Click on the Win a PS3 System with Ninja Gaiden 3 competition;
   c. Sign into their PSN account, or if they don't already have one, use their PlayStation®3 system, PlayStation®Vita or PlayStation®Portable system to create a PSN Account and then sign-in via the Website; d. Follow the on-screen instructions in order to Enter the competition;
   e. By entering this Competition Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
5. Registration for PlayStation®Network is subject to acceptance of the PSN Terms of Service and User Agreement and PSN Privacy Policy.
6. Entrants may only submit one entry and will only be eligible to win one prize.
7. Entrants must adhere to the General Rules and in particular, to sections 7 and 8. In addition, entries must not contain any (i) pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit imagery, (ii) abusive, offensive or hateful imagery or language, (iii) harassing or defamatory content, (iv) content that compromises the privacy or safety of yourself or others, (v) content that demeans a particular gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, ethnicity or nationality, (vi) violent or dangerous behaviour, and/or (vii) spam, advertising or other commercial activities.
8. There will be one winner chosen at random. The winner shall be notified by email to the email address associated with their PSN account within 7 days of the date of the draw, and must claim their prize within 3 months of this notification being sent.
9. The winner will win a PS3 console (320GB), Move Starter Kit, Ninja Gaiden 3 Collector's Edition game (PS3), limited edition mug and t-shirt with a value of approximately £375 and €445.
10. In order to claim their prize, the winner need to respond to the email sent to them within two weeks featuring their name, date of birth and postal address.
11. Once a prize has been claimed, Tecmo Koei, the ("Publisher") will send out the game and merchandise and the Promoter will send the PS3 & Move Starter Kit to the Publisher/or directly to the winner by courier.
12. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to send the prize within 28 days of receiving a winner's postal details but does not accept any responsibility for prizes that are sent later than this.
13. If the prize is found to be ineffective, faulty or damaged on receipt, the Promoter must be notified in writing within seven days of receipt, otherwise the prize will be deemed to be accepted as received. This does not affect your statutory rights (if any).
14. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, publish the winner's name on the Promoter's website. The winner's name will be made available on request to those enclosing a SAE marked Win a PS3 System with Ninja Gaiden 3 to the following address: Sony Computer Entertainment Europe Limited, 10 Great Marlborough Street, London W1F 7LP United Kingdom within 6 weeks of the closing date specified above.
15. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of the Terms and Conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter may at their sole discretion refuse to process an entry or fulfill any prize awarded.
