Wireless on HP Beats Audio Netbook

Hello all 
I recently bought a HP beats audio Netbook, with wifi buit in. The problem is it loses signal easily. My phone has wi fi and can pick it up anywhere in the house, Yet the Netbook, loses signal 3m away from my Sky router.
Any suggestions?

Download inssider and see if there is/are any other routers on the same channel.
