I phone them up to tell them my daughters laptop had stopped working,
The power pack had gone and the keyboard was not working.
.Well it was 4pm and they got the parts for me to fit it at 2 pm the next day..I wanted to fit it myself to save time.....well done for very fast and good service ...

Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

Have to confess I'm a big fan of HP computers for the simple reason that the one & only time I ever had a problem with one, they bent over backwards to help me.
Whenever I get excellent customer service, I stick to the brand as a loyal customer.The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
Same my laptop broke something to do with the fan they said 7 days it was back in 3 days and they even fixed the keyboard (which was extra)0
