London property is still rising........

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/news/articles/property-news/price-of-an-average-home-for-sale-in-kensington-and-chelsea-breaks-2-million-barrier#utm_source=uknewsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_content=HPIMarLon&utm_campaign=Mar12

The Rightmove report mentions Kensington and Chelsea, but London property as a whole is still rising each month.......

That's extremely hypocritical coming from you Brit.

You've been trolling this board for the last 3 years trying to tell people prices are "falling and will continue to fall", yet prices are still higher today than they were then, and are rising.

Really Hamish why do you deny the year on year falls? Do you deny the foreign investors in London have been distorting the falls in the rest of the county? Do you deny the price of properties will fall after the stamp dutsy falls? Do you deny the low interest rates have slowed the pace of falls but are still falling? Do you deny that higher mortgage rates will led to lower prices?

Do you deny we have an unsustainable housing bubble?

Why do you deny the year on year rises?
Do you deny the foreign investors in London have been distorting the falls in the rest of the county?

Do you deny the falls in a few Northern towns and Northern Ireland have been distorting the rises in the rest of the country?

Do you deny that 68% of areas in the latest RICS report showed no change in price whatsoever?
Do you deny the price of properties will fall after the stamp dutsy falls?

Do you deny the price of properties will rise this year?
Do you deny the low interest rates have slowed the pace of falls but are still falling?

Do you deny that low interest rates have not slowed the falls anywhere else like Northern Ireland, Ireland, America and Spain.

So they're obviously powerless to do the same here.

Gosh, I wonder what else it could be?

Maybe the fact that prices are stable or rising in over 80% of the country has more to do with the endemic housing shortage....
Do you deny that higher mortgage rates will led to lower prices?

Do you deny that the only way interest rates rates will be rising significantly is when the economy is recovering, employment is increasing, and the recovery is locked in.

Do you also deny that times of increasing employment, increasing wages and increasing economic growth are associated with rising asset prices, not falling ones?
Do you deny we have an unsustainable housing bubble?

Well that's just obvious. Of course we don't have an unsustainable housing bubble.

We have an unsustainable shortage of housing, which is why prices are rising and will continue to rise. :)

  • Gosh, Brit's going DEMENTED!

He's added a few other people to my so'called list of posters! lol:D

Clearly, his medication has stopped working........

He just can't BEAR the fact he MISSED THE BOAT!

LONDON PRICES ARE RISING - FACT!

Vendors are asking for more - because people are PREPARED to pay more for London properties - as Rightmove and Land Registry PROVES!:D

Get over it, Brit, and learn to control your emotions. Getting upset and tormented over the fact you can't afford to buy in London will only worsen your emotional state and make you even more bitter and disgruntled than you are now.

YOU'VE MISSED THE BOAT so look elsewhere..........

I'd like to report this forum post/thread because...

Wrong forum - should be in http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=149 Debate House Prices & the Economy.

OP repeatedly posts this sort of material in the wrong forum and has been told by regulars that it is the wrong forum.
