Need help with Npower bill urgent!

Me and my housemates are having problems with Npower and were wondering if anyone could supply any advice as all of us are students and are relatively new to this.
we submitted our meter readings on the 9th and we still haven't recieved our bill we called up on the 17th and had to resubmit our readings, we then had to call up again on the 20th and again on the 23rd and they all said our bill was on our way but the guy we were talking said it could have been sent on the 9th or the 19th and should be here within 7-10days. As you know easter holidays is soon upon us and we are all going back home next week so if the bill arrives then no one will be here to get it. we told them this and they said we could pay on line we tried to view the bill online and we could not so we cannot pay the bill online either.
We really don't know what to do apart from calling them yet again and get nowhere. So we were wondering if anyone could give some advice if they've been in this situation before and what they did or from anyone else who knows more about energy providers than us, we would really appreciate it

We didn't really want to this as we have to get another card as none are registered to this address and also we don't really feel comfortable giving our details over the phone considering the amount of trouble we've already had with them£5 per day challenge in april = £81.05/£1500

Have you registered for an online account?
You don't have to pay over the phone: get the account no, sort code and billing ref and you can pay online via your own bank.No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -

Frustrating I'm sure, but if their records say there is no bill to pay, they won't be chasing you for it!
Make sure you have a record of the readings you have given them - can that be done online?
With an online account at least you can check it while you're away over Easter and you'll be able to see how much is due and when by.

yes there is a bill to pay and they mentioned it was outstanding balance even though we havent recieved the bill yet so we can't pay it and we cant view it online. we've submitted our readings online and have them recorded and we know the rough amount which we all have enough money but if we don't get the bill before easter and we will be away for 3weeks which we dont want to get in trouble for not paying it on time.
We will probably call them again today to see if we can get any answers it just feels like were doing alot of chasing£5 per day challenge in april = £81.05/£1500 -
we just called them and got a much more helpful person on the phone and he was able to help us pay online thank you for your help though£5 per day challenge in april = £81.05/£1500

Dont forget suppliers also offer an ivr payment options.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
