Whats everyones thoughts on using House buying companies?
Anyone actually used one? What sort of percentage did you lose.
I know everyones going to tell me to stay well clear but we really do need a fast sale.

You wont recieve anywhere near what you want.
If you need a quick sale, put it on with an agent below market value and sell to a cash buyer or put it in an auction.0 -
Put house on market at a price slightly above the lowest you can afford to accept or put it to auction with a reserve set with the same criteria.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
