Halifax

My wife made 4 claims against the Halifax with 3 ppi policy numbers to go with 3 of the claims all credit cards and she had no policy info for her old mortgage.
She got her upheld letter yesterday for 2 of the credit cards but her 3rd credit card and mortgage didnt get upheld, in the letter it states they couldnt find ppi on those accounts.
Is it worth her ringing them up and asking them to look again at the credit card with the policy number she gave them?
Her local branch gave her all the information and even told her she had ppi on her mortgage but the main concern is the credit card with the ppi policy.

Thanks in advance ;).
