Capital one PPI claim

I had a capital one credit card for around six years that I closed last year... Certainly for some of that time I was paying ppi. I did have the form and on it I definitely had not ticked the ppi box... However I have now lost that form :-(... I sent the standard letter to capital one requesting credit agreement and statement of account, and they wrote back saying
"where there is no sum payable under the credit agreement, obligation to provide documentation under section 78 of the consumer credit act 1974 does not apply. Therefore we have no obligation to provide the documents requested"
Then they have offered to send a £10.00 cheque.
What should I do next?!!!!

Did you do the Sar?

If you did, then you must have asked for the wrong info, you are requesting all info they hold on, not just terms and conditions for the card, resend the Sar asking for all info they hold on you.0
