LINDT Gold Bunny Win a family trip to Switzerland Competition

1. This free prize draw is open to UK residents who are aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, Lindt & Sprüngli (UK) Limited, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected. No purchase necessary. The prize-winner will be drawn at random.

2. Prize: the prize is a family trip (family defined as 2 x adults and 2 x children aged 16 and under) to Switzerland and comprises:

* Economy class return flights from a UK mainland airport to Zurich.
* Return first class Fly Rail transfers from airport to hotel
* 7 nights' half board accommodation at a minimum of a three star or equivalent hotel in Switzerland.

The Promoter bears no responsibility for travel insurance or passports or any additional travel arrangement required by the prize-winner.

3. The prize will be organised by the Promoter's agent: Eton Travel.

4. The prize-winner shall bear the cost of travel to and from the point of departure (airport, railway station, etc.). The same applies for all out-of-pocket expenses (minibar, other meals etc.) incurred during the holiday.

5. The prize is valid to be redeemed until 30.04.2013 but must be booked by: 31.10.2012. If the prize is not booked by this date the prize will be forfeited.

6. To enter the Promotion you must become a fan of the Lindt UK Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/LindtUK) which can be done by selecting the ‘like’ button at the top of the webpage and following the steps to fill in your details.

7.The Promotion is open from 10.00am09/03/2012 and will close at 09/04/2012 at 23:59pm. Entries must be received by the closing date to be valid and no liability is accepted for illegible or incomplete entries.

8. The prize-winner will be notified by the Promoter or its agent (by the email address they registered) within 14 days of the closing date with details of how to claim their prize. In the event of the Promoter not being able to contact the prize winner by all reasonable means within 14 days of the Promotion ending, another entrant will be selected at random.

9. If the prize-winner cannot accept the prize, an alternative holiday prize to the equivalent cash value may be offered at the discretion of the Promoter but unless the Promoter agrees to this, there is no cash alternative.

10. The Promoter reserve the right to withdraw or amend the prize draw and prizes at any stage, if in its opinion this is necessary due to circumstances out of its reasonable control.

11. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable to the winners for any loss or damage whatsoever caused (whether in contract, tort (including (without limitation) negligence), statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the prize draw and prize.

12. In the event of any dispute the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be transferred to any person other than the winner.

14. The prize-winner agrees to his/her name & photographs being used for promotional purposes and/or to take part in publicity.

15a. By entering this promotion, each entrant consents to receiving marketing messages from the Promoter in the form of the Lindt Newsletter. If you do not wish to receive such marketing messages, please send an email to CONSUMERSERVICE-UK@LINDT.COM.

15b. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter for the purposes of:
+ The administration of this prize draw; and
+ Receiving the Lindt Newsletter, unless the entrant opts not to receive such Newsletter.

15c. The Promoter is the data controller of all personal data submitted by entrants to this promotion. By entering the promotion, all entrants accept and are bound by the rules and consent to the processing of their personal data by the Promoter in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 for the purposes of administering this promotion, including to the Promoter:
+ Contacting the winning entrants by email or telephone to inform them that they have won a prize; and
+ Sending entrants the Lindt Newsletter, unless the entrant opts not to receive such Newsletter (as described above).

Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
