McDonald's Monopoly Stickers on eBay?

As the 2012 McDonald's Monopoly is under way again, I thought I would have a look on eBay to see whether there is a market for the stickers.

In one of the listings that has ended, there was the description "You need to buy quickly as eBay keep taking them off"

Just wanted to check if these monopoly stickers are one of the categories that should not be sold on eBay and where can I find a list for these categories for further reference (tried Google but it is not my friend this morning)

Thanks a lot

I don't understand why people are buying these? I'm pretty sure they are all the common ones - they will still need to buy meals to try and get the rarer ones that complete the sets surely?

Most likely reason - the buyers do not know that some are more common that others and so don't realise they are buying the common ones.

Possible outside bet - maybe the buyers struck it lucky with getting the rare ones and need the common ones to complete the set and it's just easier to do it this way.

they are just as likely to be on the rolls as on the food - the rolls of stickers are used to add stickers to bottled or hot drinks that don't have stickers when bought individually but do when bought as part of the meal. If that makes any sense

Its usually the staff at McDs who sell the stickers, they take hundreds of mugs etc. home each night to check for rare ones and sell the rest.
