It seems that the only remaining cheerleaders for HPI are worried MPs, desperate EAs and certain trolls on these forums who pretend to be landlords and property developers.

How many have claimed to be property developers? I must have missed those posts.

Seen that too dude! Almost fell off my rocking chair! :j
BBC actually allowed a commentator to say "prices will fall in the coming months"
BBC breakfast watched by millions. Its out there now! :T

All the years of grinning EAs and Building Society spokespersons that I have had to put up with, and I go and miss this (had a bit of a lie-in). I bet there were some stern looks from the presenters.

I'll see if I can find it on iPlayer.

Lefty anti HPI media organisation presents left wing news story shocker...

Is this woman a friend of that fat Geordie tranny who presents the business news now? I heard her say 'but high house prices are annoying though aren't they?' to some guest they had on the other day. A truly impartial piece of presenting.

How many times did they lay into Osbourne about public sector pensions today? Or were Bill and Sian out on the picket line again?

Is someone who works in PR an expert now?
But not long afterwards, Melanie Bien, the highly respected director of communications for independent mortgage broker Private Finance who was on the receiving end of Kirstie's insult quickly retaliated.

You don't actually know what you are talking about do you?

If you did, you'd know Sian has gone.
