You seem to be forgetting the forms you signed when you were claiming JSA.

How am I supposed to declare it ? and to who ?

Was I supposed to tick a box somewhere ?? I doubt this whole argument comes down to such a little detail.

Over the telephone interview to check if I qualify, I was asked, and I told him 13 to 15 thousand.

Okay, well if there is a box you had to tick on some form, I must have missed it , if it was even there anyway.
