    Please note - they say:
    "By entering your details in the fields on this form you agree to allow Mobile Choice, Noble House Media Ltd and companies associated with this competition to contact you (by mail, email, telephone, SMS or fax) regarding their services. If you do not wish to receive such communications please contact us in writing."

    So it's not just a question of clicking the "unsubscribe" link on the recurring emails!!!

    I don't think the phone number is compulsory :-)

    I don't mind a few emails.They can go with the 8000 other unopened ones :-)

    There's a * next to the number and it wouldn't let me complete the form without it.. so they got 11 zeros. If my entry gets rejected for it, oh well. :)

    It only shows up as a red * on the right of the box after you try to submit without a number, at least it did for me.

    Personal choice, but whenever I leave a phone number I always use my land line. I only very rarely get a call back, and when they call, I explain politely but firmly that I am only interested in the competition - and that nearly always sorts it quickly.

    The thing about leaving a mobile number is that they can send texts, which are harder to stop. :cool:
