DO NOT invest in this. I did and regret it big time. Have had NO return in 2 1/2 years and have been trying to sell for eighteen months, with no success. Store First don't want to know and are no help. They have my money and are keeping it !!0

Sorry for bumping an old thread, I have just read something on the daily mail website about storefirst and thought the name rang a few bells!
I hope the people on here were actually investing direct with Storefirst and not via a company called Invest in Storage.
Taken from Tony Hetherington section of Daily Mail website:
The multi-millionaire boss of an investment company has closed down his business in the wake of a warning I issued last year, and in the face of a High Court condemnation that he pocketed millions of pounds of investors’ cash from another of his firms.
Kenneth Gundlach, 30, ran Invest in Storage Limited. I sounded the alarm last November over its scheme to sell warehouse ‘storage pods’ controlled by a separate company, Store First. I warned that Gundlach was also boss of a shady wine investment business under investigation.
Companies House has now struck off Invest in Storage. It was wound up two weeks ago at Gundlach’s request.
In a separate move, Insolvency Service investigators have won a High Court case to shut another of his companies, Bordeaux Fine Wines Limited.
I hope nobody here has been stung.0 -
There is trouble brewing!!
Watch this space- i hope hundreds more do not lose their pensions!!!!!0 -
This is a Scam. I would say that I have lost £140,000 in it Stay well clear and tell everyone you can the same0

The reason why it's projected because after the first two years you can choose to not have them manage your pod, so if you choose to manage that then who knows if you ll see 10 percent. If you choose to carry on with them then yes it's guarantee, all you have to do is ask, seems like a lot of people asked there own intuition rather than asking store first and reading the contract. And you don't pay vat on your purchase. Not telling no one to invest but just stating facts. Stock market due to face a 3 billion downturn this year but people still jump at it.0

But I got my return as soon as I signed on, which company did you go through. I went direct to store first. Seems like the brokers miss old you0 -
Have you tried selling these units on, if the money is guaranteed as you seem to assume then surely someone would be willing to purchase these from you at well above your initial value given the indicated yield.
So what do you naysayers have to say a abouth this. He's seen returns as promised and so have I. At first it was a scam or it weren't guaranteed then you people argued that after year 2 it weren't guaranteed, but he's got a return. Now your asking about selling. Are you people paid to write negative things0 -
