wasn't really sure which section to post this in,but a short time ago deal cloud ran an offer of a slendertone system abs voucher for £35,whilst the product was worth £120
https://www.dealcloud.co.uk/National/-34-99-for-a-slendertone-system-Abs-Toning-Belt-and-controller-worth-129-99-/149548
it now would appear all the purchasers of this voucher have been contacted by dealcloud advising that there is likely to be a problem with the product supplied and all units are being recalled,I think deal cloud have info that suggests that essentialgoods have supplied counterfeit items
deal cloud are refunding those who bought vouchers, but it's interesting to note essential goods are still offering the product for sale on their website

Not really fair to put fake in the title when its just your guess and not substantiating it.Maybe htey realised they were offering it at less than it costs wholesale.0

I too purchased a voucher for slendertone goods at £35 but through mighty deals and was then directed to essential goods uk to complete the purchase! I thought it was odd that when contacting them to trace my order the reply came from someone's blackberry! But it did arrive and even with free postage as they missed my order off!!!
Then last week I recieved an email from mighty deals stating that they had been contacted by slendertone to say they feared these goods were fakes and they were recalling them all to be checked by slendertone and a free refund offered if they are found to be fake!
I'm not sure what to believe really but having seen this post perhaps essential goods are selling fakes as it seems a bit odd that both companies would be recalling them from their customers at such a great loss!0 -
Hi, I was just wondering if you got your money back. Also, did you send your item back, throw it away or even contact slendertone to register the product?
My friend is in the same situation with deal cloud, I was wondering what explanation they have given you? Thanks!0 -

Did you resolve the situation, i.e. did you get a refund? My friend is having problems with it right now so would appreciate some advice. Thanks!0 -
