Successful ppi claim - help

i have been stupid and gone with a group who claims back your ppi they have successfully claimed back just over £1000 i havent recieved the cgeque from halifax yet as they have 30 days to send me it ....but i have received a letter from the group asking for £539 of it by next week (bere in mind i have not had a pay out yet.
What is the worst they can do to me if i dont pay the money on time or if i dont pay them at all.

Late payment - tough, but they will probably happy to wait.
No payment at all, debt collectors, default, ccj.
You signed a contract to pay them,make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

You could try telling them they will get their payment when you get it. I doubt they will push it too far for the amount in question but they are a mercenary bunch.
If you have got full redress part of it will be 8% standard interest, that is taxable so you could lose even more of it. Sorry to put a damper on your success, sorry THEIR success but getting hooked up with them is never good
