Portforwarding with Laptop

for some reason my laptop isnt portforwarded now, it has been for a good few days before.

can anyone give advice on what i can do, my main pc in the loft is working spot on the ports are forwarded fine but my laptop downstairs is not portforwarded is there an easy guide on what needs to be done .

ive been on porforwarding.com and nomatter what i do i cannot suss it out.

my router is the netgear dg834pn which is set up i think correctly.

add a service, apply

then goto firewall rules, add, pick your service, and forward to the laptops ip address..
