Tesco clubcard statement voucher - use at Asda?

We have been very clear on this, so for those that don't know here it is again.

Using UNUSED vouchers in other stores, if they accept them, is fine for discussion on here. Using ALREADY REDEEMED vouchers from Tesco at other stores we currently do not want discussion on.

Regardless of whether this is a moral or legal issue, that is our current stance and we would ask people to respect it.

Could someone please explain why this discussion, (which is playing the system and yet conforming to both stores terms of promotion), is not allowed, and yet posts on picking up receipts and fraudulently claiming points (something Tesco suspend Clubcard for if they pick it up) are allowed - or ablindeye turned?

Sorry I don't understand this inconsistency. Perhaps someone would be so kind as to explain it to me.
