I have today recieved a reply saying that they are still looking in to my complaint. has any body had any luck with the above or am i looking at the long FOS route, i belive my case is stong but am just mindfull of how they are dealing with this as i have not seen many cases of people being compensated.

Have they been with specific reasons. I found my credit agreement with DP and another GE store card, which I was not given any advice regarding PPI, and in fact was told I should have it, which at 18 I believed, but then several years I did question if I could cancel it and I did - I would have had 6 month full and 6 month half and living at home with parents.

I know the advisors never were given advice about doing a form and to discuss it, but also this was 2000, in which case would they just not write back and say - sorry not our problem at that date?
