Anyway I was chatting to someone on their live chat to work out how long this offer is on for.

I got answer to one question, and then got disconnecrted, I pressed refresh many times, and then look at their live chat schedule. LOL. It says live chat was avaiolabl;e betwen 9-5.

The live chat guy just left the chat and disconnected, on the dot at 5. No bye, no warning.

Hilarious.

I agree, not ranting at the guy specifically, it must be a really boring job. Answering the same questions day in day out.

My gripe is more with tmlewin's technical team, that's possibly the worse way to design the system. At least give them 5 minutes after 5pm to close out any pending issues. If I was running the company I would have a policy to stop all new people from making enquiries and let the ongoing queries to carry on until they are resolved.

btw I'm making a mountain out of a small ant hill here.

I just came back from tmlewin, their staff are SUPERB. One of the best places I've been to for buying a suit so far (I've only been to NEXT so that's not really saying much).

Their staff are actually well trained and know how to properly fit a suit.
