I have been reading The Education Student Support regulations in particular schedule 4, financial assessment, paras 4 and 5.
After reading over and over again(couple of hours at least-not particularly easy reading) I think I finally 'get it'-that any/all income regardless of residency is used in the calculations(?)
But what is the definition of 'Another Member State'?
Is it any other country or just those in the EU or or some other criteria?
Edit-just found their definition as 'member state of the European Union'.
So if income is earnt(or is is earned-can never remember) outside of the EU and the earner is not resident/ordinarily resident should their income still be used in the financial assessment?
Been reading again and my assumption is that it is used(?)
