Have I boobed

I have eventually ordered a new desk top from Dell :T

Firstly I would like to thank everyone for the patience and input they gave me :D

NOW...I added a modem to the computer but, do I remember that the IP gives the modem as part of the package, if so can I cancel the modem with Dell?

Carmen x

If you are getting a modem from your isp then you should ring dell asap to cancel the one you are getting with your new pc

As Alan says, if you are going to have broadband you will get an ADSL or DSL modem form your supplier. I would guess that what you have specified is a traditional modem to be used with a normal telephone line. It can be useful to still have one in case your broadband is down as then you can still use dial up, however personally I would cancel it.
It's my problem, it's my problem

And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die
