Understanding info from a SAR

Just received my SAR from Lloyds and some of it is easy to understand but then you get pages on pages of charts listed Registration Enquiry with these words on one side of the box - OCIS Party, CID Persid, BIT Party and Mandate Description and underneath that you get Personal Security Number.
Next to OCIS Party there is a 10 digit number.
Also similar things on the other pages including membership number registration Type.
Any idea what these are?

Just phone Lloyds DSAR team and they explained it but the woman was taken back when I explained my complaint about my old TSB loans on how Lloyds PPI could trace my 1991 loan but the SAR team couldn't so shes gonna investigate it again :wall: well im not holding my breath :rotfl:

:D Thank you i have been trying to find out for you what they meant glad you now know, i did not think to tell you to phone the bank and ask :rotfl:

I know the most obvious thing to do
Turns out its all to do with phone banking etc not very interesting.
The only interesting thing to come from the phone conversation was that they dont search your old addresses and that the ppi department found my loan from 1991 but the dsar team didnt :eek:
