The best program that can log my network activities

Hello All,
I'm new here and I'm seeking for the program that can log which processes are using my network connection.
That logs entire transfer through my TCP/IP.
I think that I have virus on my computer that random sends some data (probably emails).

Your router should be able to produce that....0

Sounds like you need Wireshark - http://www.wireshark.org/
It will happily log all traffic going across your network card(s)0
