They have no credit agreement and they don't no when the debt was taking out ... no info at all x0

Spoke to wescot a lady called kirsty who has told me they have no information on the debt at all , no credit agreeement no date of when the debt was taken out ... should i contact provident ..?? or can anyone assist me what to write on the court form please ... im a little stress head and it's worrying me .0

You need to defend the case and ask for it to be transferred to your local court.
Then send the prove it letter.
And please record the muppets at wescot advising that they have not proof of the debt.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -

you reply to the court that you deny the debt as you have no knowledge of it. you also put that is would also apear to be statute barred under the limitation act 1980. so you wish to defend on both points and ask the court to make an order dismissing the claim or to order the claimant to prove that you owe the debt and that its not statute barred.
then put the same in a seperate letter to the claiment0 -
