  • So pleased that I managed a full day at work (even did a couple of little jobs before I left), went to the gym and completed most of the stuff I intended to. I haven't stopped all day, apart from eating, but it's a great feeling sitting working in my clean and tidy living room!

    Today I have done the following:

    My list:
    • Mark history booksgot half done but not worried as can finish in the morning when children in assembly
    • Work (separate list – about 2 hours) (6 items) done 5 items and not quite finished writing up some minutes but can be completed tomorrow
    • [STRIKE]Gym [/STRIKE] just under 2 hours!
    • Finish sorting pile of papers in living room - not enough hours in the day today!
    • [STRIKE]Fold and put away clean laundry[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]check bank to see if paid then reconcile bank a/c[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]WM – load and set timer[/STRIKE]
    • S[STRIKE]tuff out of freezer for Tues supper[/STRIKE]
    [/SIZE]

    Moggins List:

    Monday
    Living Room/Dining room

    1. [STRIKE]Hoover living room thoroughly including under furniture[/STRIKE]did this and washed (laminate) floor
    2. [STRIKE]Dust every surface and polish wooden furniture[/STRIKE][STRIKE]
    3. Hoover sofa and check under seat cushions for lost items[/STRIKE][STRIKE]found my long lost (expensive!) blusher down the sofa - with lots of less desirable items!
    4. Sort mail and do filing[/STRIKE][STRIKE]did this yesterday so just today's post to sort, which I did
    5. Clean television screen[/STRIKE][STRIKE]
    7. Clean inside of windows[/STRIKE]can't believe I came in at 7.15 and cleaned the windows before I even ate supper!

    Dining room - don't have one
    1. [STRIKE]Hoover[/STRIKE][STRIKE]
    2. Dust[/STRIKE]
    3. [STRIKE]Clean table [/STRIKE]and replace tableclothno tablecloth but cleaned table properly

    Also done all my daily/night time routines so feeling very positive as I go to bed.

    My bathroom and kitchen are still tidy and pretty clean from last week so should involve minimum work tomorrow.

    My additional jobs tomorrow are:

    sort pile of papers
    put out recycling and rubbish
    WM - towels
    fold and put away clean laundry
    finish writing minutes for work
    write emails for work

    Thanks everyone here - I hope I can keep it up.

    Now looking forward to going up to my tidy bedroom and also having my bed all to myself!!! Night night all.
    Proud to be dealing with my debts

    I've got this niggling pain in my chest
    Nicki - you just watch yourself . . . OK? Slow down a little bit and take it easy for a while!! Doctors orders!

    What I have done today:
    Cleaned up puppy mess this morning;
    Worked; :mad:
    Came home from work and vacuumed the whole house;
    Cleared off kitchen table;
    Picked up some folders, files, etc for the business (it was a bit of a nightmare yesterday trying to get the taxes sorted, and I decided it's an area I NEED to organise NOW)
    Posted accounts/GST payment;
    J & L & I tidied, boogied and vacuumed their room;

    Bathroom:
    Cleaned sink;
    Cleaned shower;
    Cleaned toilet;
    Cleaned toothbrush holder;
    Cleaned toilet floor.

    All in all, a good day! It was amazing what a difference just vacuuming and clearing the kitchen table made!

    Now off to get these business files in some order, probably while sat in front of TV :)

    I know I do this anyway. I think it might have been a touch of heartburn as well as it didn't start until after we'd eaten. Going to start noting down when I get it to see if there is anything that is triggering it off. If no pattern can be seen by the time I next go the doctors (sometime either next week or the week after) then I'm going to tell him I'm concerned. I've already had one test for deep veined thrombosis (which was clear BTW), I don't want any more blood taken or tests run! I hate hospitals after spending afternoons there ever couple of months when I was a teenager for 5 years! :o

    Anyways, back to today...

    I over slept again :confused: I really must stop reading when I go to bed, it might relax me but I loose track of time so easily. I went to bed about 10.30 last night and was still reading at 11.30 :o Doesn't help that our bed is amazingly comfortable now that I've swapped the quilts over so we now have the summer quilt ontop and the winter one underneath :rotfl: I am going to have to stip our bed today though and put one of the blankets over the top of the summer quilt, even with the heater on I woke up cold this morning :rolleyes: Plus I can re-arrange the quilt as its annoyingly short of the foot of the bed and since I sleep with my feet almost against the footboard I notice it...alot :o:rotfl:

    I put some left over chicken in the slow cooker last night with some herbs and peppercorn...OH said it smelt lovely this morning when he came down, but he couldn't stand the smell at 6am :rotfl: So I'm going to turn it up so encourage the meat to fall off it, and make chicken soup for tea. We'll have to see how peppery it is.

    Right off to kick DD's bottom into gear...she's full of questions this morning and she's now running late as a result :rolleyes:
