Webcam Recording Software

Hi,
As part of a college project, I need to use a webcam and record off it. I also need to record the audio.
I have a Creative Webcam, and a phillips microphone. I obviously need some software to be able to do this. I've had a looky and downloading a few bits and pieces, but alot of them seem to record an onscreen image as opposed to a webcam image.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I thought they come with bundled software on the webcam disk, well mine did ??Ex forum ambassador
