Ok guys need a little help.
I transported my uncles PC back and fore to my house it worked fine before i took it there and whilst i was there too. But when i brought it back home i powered the tower up with only the power cable, mouse, keyboard & monitor plug but to my horror no picture is showing nor is the monitor working correctly.
There is power going to the monitor as the light is just flashing, and the cd drives both work on the tower.
So what could it be?
Is the PCI monitor not working correctly? Or even worse the motherboard gone?

Hi,
did you get the beeps when Windows is loading, can you hear the fan, you will've checked all connections.0 -
Check that the graphics card didn't come lose in transit, also check that none of the pins on the monitor cable are bent.0

No there are no beeps at all. Just the fan running also when i put the speaker cable in that makes a buzzing noise. And the ethernet cable lights up.
I've tried 2 monitors and will double check the graphics card.
The graphics card is just the blue plug for the monitor. As this PC is very old so dont think it has its own graphics card0 -
I've taken the graphics card out 3 times and nothing just did it again and now works.
Thanks for the help guys.0
