    Sounds like the lease has just been extended if it's not a new development. For a flat at a current price of £600k extending the lease would cost an absolute bundle. At that price it must be a pretty palatial two-bedder. The area is nice but not £600k-nice: too close to Kilburn for comfort. For that sort of money I'd be looking at Chiswick. And it's MaidA Vale: you obviously don't know your British military history. One of our many victories against the Frenchies.
