Amazon...... ghd's broken!! NOT "market place"

I ordered my sister a pair of straightners to be delivered to our mum's house on dec 9th for x-mas.
a couple of weeks ago they stopped working
we have tried to check if they are real and GHD website just says there's a problem "registering" them and to contact them.
I could understand this if we had purchased them indirectly on amazon, but they were from amazon!! they are the mark 4 ones that were really cheap before x-mas...
:mad: and..... to top it off i can't work out how to contact amazon regarding this.... can anyone help?? thankss!

go to your account ,login ,your order's ,find the order for the GHD's and you will have actions in a button ,click it and it give you some options ,try return

or login to your account and it the top- right near account ,you have help click it and now on the right hand side you have contact us, click it
the you will see choose a different order in a button click it and find the GHD order
2 pick what you want to talk about in the next box down return refund may be
3 click email or call(they ring you),or chat (online chat)

i have found chat is better than call and email
