No response to my 1st template sent?

Hi, i am new to this and have sent off the template for each of my 2 Nat west credit cards separately asking for my credit card agreement including the £1 cheque with each , that was on the 28th feb, i have heard nothing from them, so what do i do now please?

Are these cards still open? as if they are closed they are not obliged to send you a copy of the agreement, if this is the case it will save you waiting for the letter to say this from them.

If the cards are open and you get the copy of the agreements there is a fair chance the ppi will not be on there as it could have been added at a later date.

If you have the card numbers and reasons for mis sell

Then put the complaints in if you had ppi.

It would not hurt to ring them and ask if they have received your request.

The cards are still open, and i am sure the ppi was added from the start via a automated tick in the box.I will ring them tomorrow ref them receiving my letters. Thankyou.
