This may sound a bit cheeky, but can tou reclaim PPI on an account that I defaulted on and is now being paid back to a DCA?

If you have reasons for complaint then you can complain. If they agree with your reasons then the redress will go against any debt written off first, then the default/arrears and only then if there is anything left over will you get any.

    Hiya

I am more than happy for the PPI to go against the debt! Would it be the DCA I contact or Capital One?

You complain to the seller. Be positive on your facts and have supporting documentation handy. Capital One only have a 11% uphold rate at the FOS. So, they do handle their complaints well on the whole.
