I placed two orders quite some time ago, got confirmation emails and the goods never arrived. I contacted La Redoute and they told me they had no record of these. I sent them the confirmation emails and they still claimed they had no record and asked me to re order. HOWEVER, I used promotional codes (free gifts, p&p and money off goods) which are no longer valid so I will lose out if I order again. This is most frustrating and has wasted my time. What should I do?

Hi this happened to me and i just telephoned them and gave them the order numbers and the discount codes and they sorted it all out,its not your fault the discounts are out of date and you have the confirmation emails from them to prove it.0

as long as they emailed you the promo codes they normally put them through if you phone them.Nice to save.0

Or - if their service is so bad and you have lived without the items since "quite some time ago" - why not go without and count it as saving whatever amount you would have spent?0
