I had my BB dispatch email yesterday, looked at the tracking - the box was done on the 8th and the main courier recieved the data but is still awaiting the parcel. Looks like it's been stuck at BB HQ since the 8th. Not too impressed that for 2 months in a row my box hasn't even left BB when others have already recieved theirs. After all we all pay on the same day!

my tracking says the same, awaiting parcel. we dont seem to have much luck lately with birchboxs!

I recieved my July Birchbox box yesterday... but haven't received Junes! I have e-mailed them 4 times- does any one have an e-mail other than the generic customer services one? I did receive one reply ages ago saying they would send me another one but nothing since. Very disappointing!

I don't really want to cancel as when the boxes arrive I love them. Maybe I should try out another beauty box...

You're better off phoning them if poss. I find you can sort it much quicker that way and they answer straightaway usually.

I'm really wondering if it's worth the hassle. They can get their PR Samples out quick enough, it's a shame paid customers seem to struggle!

Well Citipost have lost my YBD (the second box in a row that's gone missing from YBD - the other was a ltd edition one) so it's being resent. I don't think they're even reaching the local courier but going AWOL in their distribution centre

Had my BB dispatch notice last night, but as our courier is not the best no idea when it will turn up

I know not a beautybox but i finally gave in and ordered a NerdBlock from the USA (approx £18 inc shipping) my husband and son will be fighting over the contents

Oooooh, I hadn't heard of the NerdBlock! I was going to be selfish and get myself this each month instead of YBD but I think I might just get my daughter the NerdBlock Jnr each month instead as she's always jealous of me getting boxes in the post.

Also my Birchbox isn't even in transit yet, although it doesn't matter as the Yodel man always leaves it outside next to the bins, even when it's raining or the ground's wet. (According to Yodel, they have spoken to him about this as he used to leave parcels INSIDE the wheelie bins.)

What did you receive? The boxes on ebay contain the products that I would like to get rid of as well! I haven't really found a good box in a reasonable price so far... but I guess it depends on the taste.

Cancelling mine for a while. Partially because I'm all sampled out, and stuff will go off before I use it & partially because I think the service is getting steadily worse
