Edit: I've now found the page but it's saying I need to renew my membership and not letting me checkout. Arghhh!

It's doing the same to me and I've already missed out on the make up brush. Tried to call them for the past hour with no success.

Am beginning to think why bother renewing if they can't get the basics right.

I'm sick of missing out on my choices.

Yep. There's a preview video on the website and it says every subscriber will receive one on there.

Just seen it. At least it seems to be full size not mini like last month. If it's that lovely colour in the video I'll be happy!

Gobsmacked! My May YBD just arrived! :T
BUT it only has one of my choices in it, the foot cream. The Glam Youthmud mask is missing.
I cannot believe I have to email them yet again to complain.
What is going on? :mad:

EDIT: just checked their site and luckily the mask is still in stock. I am a tad concerned though because I have only been subscribed for 3 boxes and so far I have had to complain about 2. I love theses boxes but if this continues then perhaps they are more hassle than they are worth.

I don't know because I've only had 3 boxes so far but problems with the last 2.

Perhaps long term subscribers would know better than me.

ive only been subscribed since jan but had no probs up until last months box arriving late. i do think its the best value box there is, considering the amount of full sized items they offer, just got to get in there quick!

Got my YBD box, wow super fast! I ended up going for the Moroccan Oil & the Lola Brush.

I did however order a second box (GlamGlow & Foot Cream) a few minutes after order my first box (the one I got today) and I haven't even got a confirmation mail for that one yet? Looks like the second box is gonna be delayed just like last months.

I've been subscribed since YBD launched in September 2013. Obviously as their subscriber base has grown some products go out of stock fairly quickly but apart from that I haven't had any problems until last month when my box didn't turn up but they did resend it.

I really can't fault their choice of products and the uber low price of £6.95!

I've been a subscriber since October (only missed the first box) and its only my last box that was very late. The only problem I had before that was one item being missing, however, when I e-mailed them they got back to me within 20 minutes and sent the missing item by return post.

The only other box I tried was glossy box. To this day I never had a response from them, despite numerous e-mails and a paypal dispute being started as my box constantly (and to this day) shows as being 'pending processing'. It did eventually turn up so the dispute was closed but the contents were shocking. (some people got a bronzer, muggins here got a 3ml sample of nipple cream, must admit my nipples have never been high on my list of beauty concerns!!!)

I find as well, the value of the YBD box is amazing. No tiny samples and really good high end products.
