YBD have replied and said it should be delivered "any day now".
Surely they have better tracking than that?!

I don't think so.
I think they they use the cheap end couriers (like hermes, yodel).
These are often (but not always) delivered by ordinary folk and they don't get paid much so they tend to wait until they have a few packages to delliver to the same area.

If you want a better service you could give them feedback but I think it would cost.

I get GB, BB and LMB. I did used to get YBD but I used to get boxes with only 2 items in then a few weeks later another box with 1 in. It was never consistent.

So far I've found GB ok. I actually wrote to them cancelling my subscription before I got it after reading horrendous reviews and got a personal email from the lady who owns it saying that if I was unhappy I was to email her direct. But I've been quite pleased with their one.

Birchbox however has been a massive disappointment and I wish my Andy hadn't bought me the years sub or I'd cancel it as I think it's horrendous for the money.

However I do love LMB. They've been consistent with some really lovely bits over the last 6 months so I might just extend it when it ends for another year.

Hope my YBD box arrives today because otherwise I'm guessing, due to the bank hols, it will be Tuesday at the earliest.

I've just got my BB - what a waste of money! As soon as I've spent my points I will cancel and I think just occasionally go back to You Beauty when they have stuff I want.

I just got the rest of my subscription changed to points with BB. Not having that one again.

I buy mine monthly as I was only going to get one, but they had been very good. I wish I had spent the £12.95 or whatever it was on a nice posh hair product from Boots!

i emailed YBD today as its been 10 days since my dispatch email and they said my box has been 'lost' in the post so they are sending another...but one of the items i choose is out of stock so im guessing i will be giving a different product?

Yes apparently mine is being resent.
If I don't get the items I ordered then they can have it back!

Seems a lot of boxes have been "lost" this month.
I think there has been a balls up somewhere and they were never sent.
We shall see if we get our original order...
