San Sebastian; Accomodation

I'm spending some time in Northern Spain this year and I've been looking at accomodation. No problems except for San Sebastian. Everything seems either very expensive or there isn't anywhere to park. We're there mid june which is before it gets really busy, or so I'm told. Can anyone recommend somewhere?
All we're looking for is a clean double ensuite withe somewhere to park.
Thanks

They have a hotels that is £34 a night per room - Eth Irun that is 15 minutes out of main town but has lots of parking.
Hope this helps.0
