Same form for all claims- LTSB?

After an exhaustive search through my dusty filing cabinet I have about half a dozen claims to put in to LTSB. Four loans, overdraft protection and a credit card. They certainly saw me coming!

Is it best to stick them all on one adapted form or do a separate form for each one?

Well when HSBC sent the one form to me about 2 credit card numbers and 3 loans, I have completed in one form, which they have had and not come back to say other wise, I was clear around the reasons for each on the one form.

Have you called to lodge your complaint? Perhaps you could ask them? I believe that some establishments dont even need the form completed, as long as they have the information.
  • Thanks for the reply. Yes I called them and they said it was up to me in that I could lodge the complaints over the phone or fill in the form.

Call me suspicious though but what is to stop them not recording accurately my grounds for complaint - told it was compulsory, was upfront with interest added and civil service benefits meant I didn't need it - and just rejecting my complaint?

I separated claims for credit cards and loans onto different forms. 2 Cards on 1 form and 3 loans on another.
  • Thanks, that's probably what I'll do.
