    I predict he will be added to the dole queue in the next 12 months. Potential for "damaged goods" brother to be picked over him.

    Expect a more right leaning Labour government and a death blow to the unions.

    Anything else, Labour is dead for the next election.

    I have to agree, he's just not up to the job, I've never really been impressed by him (but he is quite young, so he has time on his side). Until labour have any chance of winning an election though they might as well leave him there as the 'fall guy'.
