Mightydeals.co.uk selling fake goods.

I bought a Slendertone System Abs with a voucher from mightydeals.co.uk for essentialgoodsuk.com both of which I've now found are listed on slendertone.com 's fraudulent seller list.
Is there anything I can do? any chance of a refund? or anyway I can report mighty deals?
Thanks.
Edit: Just to mention that this fake product could possibly be dangerous to use as well, making it a lot worse than a fake watch or hand bag etc...

An update, a rep from mighty deals called me just now and offered me a refund straight up, admitted their was a lot of confusion regarding essentialgoodsuk but she did say they were a legit company and the product was genuine, but I don't know.
I have successfully used vouchers from mightydeals before so, I do think they are a legit site but I'm more dubious about essentialgoods.I have just been on the Slendertone site and they come up as an aithorised reseller - have you reported them to Slendertone?
I've just checked the slendertone site again and on the genuine slendertone page it says:DO NOT BUY FROM:
https://www.egukdeals.com NEW!
https://www.essentialgoodsuk.com NEW!
https://www.mightydeals.co.uk NEW!
I also put in the serial number on the product and it said it:Your serial number is one of a number of serial numbers that we are aware of which belong to counterfeit products.
What you should do next:
DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT, doing so may cause you severe harm.
Where does it say they're an authorised reseller?0 -
Hi, new to this but read the article and felt I needed to comment.
I have had dealings with both mightydeals & EGUKDeals (Essentialgoods). Both have been very helpful with any queries I have had, my mum purchased a product along with myself & hers seemed faulty.
We mentioned this to essentialgoods & a full refund was issued immediately.
As far as 'fake' items are concerned I have no experience with this, I too purchased a system abs & mine checked out perfectly on the slendertone website. I don't usually feel the need to defend people when i read negative comments in forums but they were so helpful with me & my mum & I love my products so I felt I should reply. :j0 -
Hi to all,I don't normally get on my soapbox, but I feel the need to let people know about my dealings with Mightydeal,on 20th I purchased (or rather I tried to) a cinema ticket voucher for the sum of £4.00, I was told that I would be emailed a code to obtain the voucher and that money would not be taken from my account untill I had claimed the voucher.Guess what, the money was taken from my account,no voucher code was emailed to me....despite many emails to the neccessary departments, still no voucher... today to add insult to injury I have been asked for the third time by these idiots to supply my bank details, because and I quote here "they cannot find my transaction" funny that....they managed to find my bank account ok! I have contacted my bank who have refunded my money and are going to pursue the matter on my behalf....my advice STEER WELL CLEAR!! Don't bother trying to ring the customer service number either as no matter what option you choose you will find yourself in a prerecorded loop telling you to go onto their webpage and contact them via email...ha ha ha you will grow old waiting for your reply...it might not be a lot of money, but it's not nice being messed about and as you can tell I don't like it....0

Bjorn,
Flowers Direct are part of The Interflora Group. They run many deals with ourselves and other major deal sites.

I bought amazing bullet blender from mighty deal since 9th of March and am yet to receive the items. I wasted a lot of money calling them on the phone and I was put on hold for about a week, some of the call lasting for about 2 hours and yet no luck. I went online and open 3 different tickets in a space of 8 days but I am not closer to getting by items.
Where can I report mighty deal and their bogus items any help.
