Incorrect time on electrcity metre

i had this. the E7 clock was 4 hours slow for about 4 months before i noticed. the heating comes on and off with this clock so cost wise, it did not matter, and if anything it was better because the heaters did not go cold so quick in the evening. but the immersion heater is on its own clock, which is on the correct time. for 4 months this was using full price electric! i told npower and got £80 compo. they said they would send a man round to adjust the clock, which they did. when he came he said leave it as it is! so we did! now i just make sure the immersion clock tallys with the E7 clock. so now i get cheap electric from 4am to 11am instead of 12am till 7am. great!!0
