The cash basisi small company accounts is a half baked scheme (seen the draft consultion docs) that will save poeple nothing in adinistrative burden
Cash accounting for VAT is/was a good idea for small buusinesses - year end accounts on that basis is an awful badly thought through idea - hope it gets shelved until its been re done0 -

No change to booze, tobacco = inflation + 5%--Savings: 26/09/14 the day I reached 100k, 24/07/20 200k, 23/08/24 300k
