    I've been Money Tipped!
    The taxing of small business is interesting. What does on cash basis mean? Cash that passes theough the business...???

    This will impact on me i guess! So need to try and 'get it'.

    simpler tax system. Radically change administration of tax for small firms. To be taxed on basis of tax that passes through business rather than profits.

    Merge income tax and NI

    Simplify VAT product classes

    Simplify age related allowances for pensioners

    I find the tax statement to be a bit odd. Should be an online facility, not a postage thing. Many will not read it, including those wo say they want it i guess,and its a waste of paper and postage.

    This is the one I want to know the detail on too lir. It's all very well to say that it will be easier, but will it cost us more?
