Shopped the online sale last week, picked up a few bargains but had nominated delivery for Monday, it didn't come so I rang up yesterday (Tuesday) the girl said it would be here yesterday but it didn't come so then I rang up today and the guy said that Yodel had made two delivery attempts and left a card? Well this was a load of trash as the only card I've had through the door this week was for parcel force.
They've given me £8 credit on my account but I am still irritated that a nominated day delivery order hasn't arrived. I think that I'd have had more luck in receiving my order had I selected standard delivery!
Oh yeah, the guy also told me on the phone that I should have received an email stating that there were problems with delivery, but there wasn't one in my inbox. Absolute sham, I'd have been better off going into town and visiting the store myself.
