problems re-tuning Toshiba Regza after Move

My sister has just moved house and in her old house her Toshiba Regza was plugged into her sky box. Here she is just trying to use the Freeview channels on her tv as she doesn't have the sky box there. The trouble is when she keeps trying to tune the freeview channels it comes up with no signal found. The aerial is definitely working as she tried another television and it works no probs. Any suggestions would be gratefully received. Thanks?

Is she definitely trying to tune the digital channels rather than the old analogue channels? I think there is an option to choose.

She thinks so, the trouble is in the move she has lost her user manuals also which might make it easier for her. Is there anything obvious she may be missing out when trying to tune it.

How old is the TV? I know there was some information a while back that some of the digital tuners were not capable of receiving the digital signal, something had changed (can't recall more).

Also, I presume the other TV she tried was a digital rather than purely analogue?

If the problem persists it might be worth her getting a digibox.
