Loft insulation grants - misleading information
Shoesandsocks_2
I was told by Warmer Home last August that I qualified for a loft insulation grant. I am over 60. But I have now been presented me with an invoice (I had the insultation installed based on this advice). They say now that I was not eligible and have to pay. I feel misled. Anyone else have a similar complaint ?

Did you use authorised installers after their survey? That's what has to happen in Wales.Member #14 of SKI-ers club
