Help with credit card on Sage

Hi All,
I'm new to this whole forum stuff but I thought I'd give it ago to see if anyone out there can help me.
I deal with the accounts for the company I work for, we use Sage 50 Accounts Professional 2011.
I'm just wondering if anyone can help set up our company credit card?
I think I've got the right idea; I do an opening balance for the date on the first statement, but then how do I make payments from the credit card for things we use? And then the monthly payment that is taken from the business account each month how do I record that?
Hopefully someone out there can help and thanks advance to anyone who does!
